Mandatory first step for every Business Owner: before you can start any paid license unrelated to video & streaming or other media experiences, you must first redeem and complete one free, restricted 1-month license — 0 €, no payment method needed, as mentioned, almost all features included. This is not optional and not just a discount — it is the required first license of all. Its effect — the free inclusion of all licenses unrelated to video or streaming — is interrupted by only one single step: the Operating Cost License. Without this one mandatory paid license, the other licenses cannot remain included for free either.
🔄 What "Subscription" Means Here
"Subscription" here means: a payment valid for one month at a time, renewed or managed manually by the Business Owner — not an automatic card charge. Depending on EPTEC's business decisions, this may in future be converted into a fixed, automated billing cycle.

🚀 How it works
  1. Purchasable almost instantly — barely any waiting, only one release condition: fill in the billing details in your profile and activate them. Buy the license for €0 under "Buy Licenses" and then redeem it on the paywall behind Door 1.
  2. The code for the Restricted Free-Month License appears in your profile under "Your Codes".
  3. Redeem the code at Door 1 on the free Door 1 activation paywall.
  4. Congratulations — you receive your ETOBS number. Your key to your business. Your clients enter your number here at Door 1, confirm it, see your prices, accept your terms of business within the scope of the platform's terms, and choose one of your plans.
  5. Don't want to miss out on wonderful video, streaming and other media features? Add the Video & Streaming License already during the restricted free month. Want to video-chat with your clients or partners in the Only Social Business Showcase? You can also add the Communication License. Every redeemed license comes with its own countdown — you always keep full overview and control.
  6. Want to continue? At the end of your free month, the other licenses finally become available to keep growing your business.
  7. And what if your clients want to cancel? You set your own cancellation notice period for them in your profile. And if they want more features from you? They simply switch to a higher tier.
  8. Keep in mind: even if your client has an automated subscription with you, the tariff change never happens automatically in the system — you trigger it only by confirming it under "Access & Tariff-Change Requests". So always keep an eye on the current monthly countdown running from the start of the membership: your client finds it under "My Plan", you find it under "My Clients".
  9. Is the manual effort too much for you? Then buy the Paywall API License and set your tariff payments yourself directly from your own payment processor — no static link needed either. Cancellations then run automatically, since configured by you, and confirmations become effortless. Just connect your processor key.
  10. And what if your clients want to join further memberships with other Business Owners? You can purchase the Second-Life license for this (due again every month after the free month) to equip your clients with this ability. At the Business Owners in your network, they can then redeem a Second-Life code at Door 1 or Door 2 to join further memberships. And planning a collaboration with other owners? At the doors, an invited owner can redeem a Business Owner sharing code, and their clients a Client Collab code — and off you go.
  11. And what if your clients want to file a complaint, claim or withdrawal? They have a dedicated button right next to the cancellation button for this. You'll find these messages in the corresponding profile section and can answer them manually — or purchase the brand-new Complaint-Claim-Withdrawal AI/API License and have them answered automatically.
💼 B2B is possible too
Your Clients can sign up as a private individual or as a business — both run on the same infrastructure, no separate setup needed. With the Client Akte License, every payment is documented with company name, VAT ID and full contract consents — ready for chargeback disputes and your own bookkeeping.
In addition, the Client Invoice License automatically documents every business-owner-confirmed payment with a real PDF invoice issued in the business owner's name (§ 14 UStG) — once both Client and Business Owner have entered their invoicing details.
